of Medicine, ada

mimpi buruk yaitu:
1. Kecemasan dan stress
2. Alkohol
3. Obat-obatan
4. Kandungan lemak
pada makanan
5. Kondisi fisik yang
sedang sakit
6. Perubahan gaya hidup
yang terlalu drastis.
Untuk bisa mengalami
sebuah mimpi, seseorang
harus melewati beberapa
tahapan terlebih dahulu,
yaitu:
Tahap 1: 4-5 persen,
kondisi orang mulai
tertidur ringan dan
aktivitas otot sedikit
menurun.
Tahap 2: 45-55 persen,
pola irama jantung dan
nafas mulai teratur serta
menurunnya temperatur
tubuh.
Tahap 3: 4-6 persen,
mulai tidur lebih dalam
dan otak mulai
mempersiapkan untuk
menghasilkan gelombang
delta.
Tahap 4: 12-15 persen,
tidurnya semakin dalam,
nafas mulai teratur,
aktivitas otot semakin
terbatas dan otak sudah
menghasilkan gelombang
delta.
Tahap 5: 20-25 persen,
gerakan mata serta
gelombang otak semakin
cepat, otot mulai rileks,
irama jantung
meningkat, napas
menjadi cepat dan
pendek, maka mimpi pun
terjadi.
Karena itu jika ingin
menghindari terjadinya
mimpi buruk usahakan
untuk menghilangkan
rasa ketakutan,
bersalah, emosi, frustasi
atau masa lalu yang
tidak menyenangkan.
